It's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed when you begin your search for a new therapist. Congratulations on taking the first step! ​ Feeling the pressures of everyday life, struggling with ‘imposter syndrome,’ flooded with thoughts that you’re not meeting your own expectations (or someone else’s)? These are just a few of the areas I commonly support clients with. I regularly work with young adults and professionals coping with recent life changes and/or stressors that are impacting their ability to: concentrate, engage with others or maintain meaningful relationships or manage their emotional state. When a person is ready, I assist them in exploring and identifying their strengths, and the skills they can apply to their current stressors while introducing healthier coping skills to trial.
